The fruit was hand-picked, chilled overnight and gently whole bunch pressed straight to 30% new Marsannay oak barrels, where it was aged for 8 months.

The wine is pale straw in colour, with lime green hues. The nose presents a wonderful blend of kaffir lime, nougat, lime curd and honey.

On the palate, we enjoy the flavours of grapefruit, lime tart and green pineapple.

Tightly wound with high acidity, this superb wine will cellar well until at least 2031.
