Shipping Prices & Delivery Times

Shipping is free within Australia.

Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your wine order to arrive.

If your order does not arrive within this time please contact us.

With all deliveries a signature is required. Without one, a calling card will be left in your absence. We can't accept responsibility for any goods left unattended.

International Orders

Simpson Estate wine can be ordered from most countries. Please note that specific rules and pricing applies, depending on the country. To find out more please contact us.

Shipping Damages and Returns

On the rare occasion that incorrect goods are delivered, shipping damage has ocurred or your wine is flawed (oxidised or 'cork tainted'), we will fully refund or replace the bottle(s) concerned, including  return shipping costs, provided they are returned within one month of delivery.
